9 Days into my lifestyle change!

I'm new to this, for the past 9 days I've been working out at the gym for an hour everyday. I've also changed my eating and drinking habits. So far so good! I've lost 5 pounds. So that's cool.

    Awesome stuff well done keep it up will all be worth it. Add as friend if u wish motivation in numbers makes it a little bit easier

    Way to go I am at day 14 myself! It has had a postive impact for me. I always lifted weights....but now I am watching what I eat and in ketosis. This combination is proving to be very effective for two weeks.
