Hi! What are recommended free weight lifting tracking apps that allow you to create your own workout and as many as you'd like, without having to pay for premium/unlimited storage stuff?
Or in general, how do you track your workouts in a gym??

I've tried several of the apps and still haven't found anything that works better for me than a spiral bound notebook and a pen. None of the apps allow me the flexibility I want (ex: subbing in/out exercises if the gym is busy and I do bent rows instead of seated rows, etc.), and none of them allow me to quickly review past workouts with a quick glance like I can with a notebook.

Fitocracy is free and allows you to save 8 custom workouts without subscribing to their "Hero" status.

I've used the BodySpace app for the last 2 years and really like it. It's bodybuilding.com's app. It allows you to create your own routine, use templates created by others, or use BB's programs & routines.
