Hey :)

Been on and off MFP a few times now but keep putting my weight back on.

Best way I have found to stop getting bored is to get some challenges on the go to at least have a laugh.

Add me if you would like to get your goals achieved whilst maintaining your sanity and we can get some weekly challenges on the go to detract from all the rice cakes haha

    Regular ice cream and cookies are my weakness. There is no way I can have just a little ice cream and be satisfied.

    I treat myself to a Skinny Cow (or two!) every night. Having a little treat daily helps keep me in check

    eta: Skinny Cows are ice cream, but having it pre-portioned is psychologically easier for me than having an open half-gallon container in the freezer.

    Well I had to give up donuts the moment my test results showed Celiac Disease... amazing what you Can do when you HAVE to. Now... I certainly have Plenty of weaknesses!

    Hi! I gave up donuts, and lots of other treats, I've lost thirty pounds and started adding them back in gently. I have another twenty or thirty to lose, you can add me if you want!
