Hi I was just started using this app and I was negative on my calories I had gone over about 150 so I was doing exercises and walking to count my steps and it started going down and then all of a sudden it went back up to like I had gone over by 257 after it had been down to like 62. Is there something wrong with the app or am I doing something wrong? There's no reason for my calorie to go up when I'm not eating and I'm exercising and it's counting my steps so I'm a little confused. If anybody can help that would be great thank you!

    I wouldn't worry too much about your exercise calories...many of us don't add too many of those (if any) back in. BUT...if you were over on your calories for the day, doing some exercises to "earn" a few of those calories back is a good idea!

    I find that the site is different when I access it via the app versus the computer...I will occasionally track on the app but mainly access it on the computer for poking around and trying to find answers or suggestions!
  • Thank you I was trying to do my walking in my steps to get my few calories that I was over on back but it kept going higher and the last time I looked it said over 257and just now when I looked it says I was only off by 51 so I have no idea what's going on with it LOL
