What's your favourite pre-workout meal?

You're starving hungry and about to go for your workout. You need just a bit of energy but not so much that it hinders you or sloshes around in your stomach. What do you have?

    If I'm starving, I'm eating. Fortunately I do quite well with large meals before workouts. If it's an early morning sesh though I'll just grab a banana.

    I usually only eat if I'm going for a long run or have a race that morning. Then it will be a coffee and some toast with peanut butter. Or a muesli bar if I need something more portable. I try to make sure I have 30 - 60mins or so before I workout though.
