Fitness pal not syncing Fitbit step

I need help! I have already synced my Fitbit to my fitness pal but the app is not tracking my steps. Can someone help me please

Thank you! I have suddenly experienced this problem after months of being able to track. I kept disconnecting/reconnecting the apps but didn't realise the Step function had reset itself not to track. Thanks so much!

Did you try a forced sync? I think there are some issues at the moment with MFP and Fitbit; I've seen a few messages in the forums.1

Have you synced your Fitbit lately? Your Fitbit device does not communicate directly w/ MFP. You sync to the Fitbit servers, and they communicate the data to MFP.0

Following, having the same problem. Calories show up in Fitbit, but nothing in MFP. I've disconnected and reconnected and nothing.0
