I lost my cat of 16 years "Tiger" in his honor all who read today I would ask you to do at least 16 minutes of exercise today as he won't be around to see my continued weight loss journey. RIP kitty kitty⏳⏳

    Already done.... o:) I dedicate all of my 80 I did today to your Kitty. And maybe your furkid knows my Sophie or my Puffy now. Hopefully they are playing together, and happy. o:)
