Change the breakfast you're eating. You have almost 1300 calories per day. Stretch it. Eat vegetables, lean meats, relatively low carb, a decent amount of fat. Split your macros up so that you aren't getting all your fat from one single food source...for example, instead of eggs with the yolk, have egg whites AND some avocado or bacon. (This is just one example).5

Flexible dieting was a game changer for me. If you can make it work (and it takes some puzzle solving and maths) it can be amazing.
When I'm calorically low, I'll bank macros and make them work for when I normally eat. Like breakfast... Either it's light or none at all. Fats always seem to be the hardest to navigate but as noted, dropping yolks (or using one instead of 3) saves on fat. Or half servings of fatty foods/condiments, etc.
Be patient, play around and enjoy building your daily, delicious puzzle.
I'm way, way high on macros now based on goals but you can check out my diary from about a year ago to maybe get ideas on navigating lower calories.1 -
You are going over your calories and fats. The fats are causing you to go over your calories because fats are calorie dense. Reduce the fat and eat more protein and fiber.1

I wouldn't say I like fasting or practice fasting. I don't feel like I'm fasting if I'm not all that hungry as I don't typically ever go more than 4 hours without eating (not counting bedtime to morning).0
