tone up

Really want to loose my lower stomach flab and proper flatten/tone my stomach? Is it literally eating right and doing core workouts? (I do charlotte crosbys high intensity workout 2-3 days a week and 1 day at gym?) Ant advice or comments would be appreciated! Currently 9stone 1, 18 years, 5"7. Also looking for a buddy to talk to daily :)

    It's basically high intensity fat burning 3 minuite workouts (in total about an hour for warm up, cool down, 12 workouts and extra abs) but you can do as much/ as little as you want. Meant to help you burn and tone up faster than cardio alone, speeds up metabolism and all of that kinda stuff!
