Weight loss and quickly usually aren't a good combo. You can lose some water weight quickly but it isn't real weight loss and will likely come back on as quickly as you lost it.5

If you want to lose weight you need an appropriate calorie deficit and you should add strength training so you can tone up and not lose muscle mass but it's not mandatory. Fast weight loss is usually water weight and makes a person miserable. Good luck1

According to the timestamp, it's been 40 minutes since you asked and 39 minutes since you got an answer.
If you see this, please respond. Most of the newly created userid first messages asking for help to lose weight fast are the last we ever hear of those people.3 -

What's "fast" to you?
My wife would kill to lose 2 lbs a month.
In hindsight my rule of thumb is you can lose as fast (much) as you gain in a period of time.0 -

This.
Go for a sustainable pace. Follow you calorie goal, eat real food, get some exercise when you can and profit. Just don't expect it to be fast.0 -

Tape your mouth shut. No quick solution. It takes hard work.0

OP won't be back. A lot of people just flounce off when they don't get told what they want to hear.2
