  • Good Luck! Maybe we can motivate eachother to stay on track! After losing more then 50lbs I found myself pregnant and fluffy again (I gained more then I lost.) I keep saying im going to do this then conveniently *forget*

Don't start a "diet." Start making lifestyle changes instead. In other words don't eliminate foods you enjoy or restrict your calories too much. Find some small changes that you can keep up forever. This will help you keep the weight you lost, off. A HUGE percentage of people gain the weight back (been there, done that).

Just measure & log regular foods. Some choices will be better than others. This is a great learning tool. Then tweak your food choices as time goes on. Just make improvements. Radical changes aren't necessary (or helpful).

    Welcome and Good Luck!

I 100% agree with TeaBea. Don't just go on a diet. You need to make a lifestyle change, or it won't stick and you'll start to resent yourself. Use your calorie tracker on this app, be honest and try your best to stay within your calorie count.

Another good thing to remember is that you didn't gain the weight over night, so it's not going to just leave over night either. Take pictures as you are now and do a month of two month comparison to help you actually see your progress and keep you on track.

Thanks you guys. Very helpful tips. I should have said diet is more like portion control changes. Adding everything I eat on here is very eye opening. I like the lifestyle changes instead of diet tip. Think that's great and the way to go!

You can add me. I don't look at it like a diet - this is a complete lifestyle change for me which I have stuck to for the first time in my life.
