I can't eat that many calories!

Help, I'm a fatty i started at 300lbs. I'm down to 286 and my weight fluctuates. Anyways the app wants me to eat like 3000cal. I'm on the keto diet and have my goals set 75%fat, 20%protien, 5%carbs. I when all said and done at the end of the day I only eat about 1600-1900 calories. What am I doing wrong?

    You probably aren't logging properly. I weigh 205 and 3,000 calories is a typical day for me.

    Have you put your profile to 'very active'
    I weigh a little less than you and I was playing about with the 'goals' section and if I put mine to highly active it suggests I eat that many too. I'm actually very inactive so eat 1700

    Did you put your info into a Keto calculator? Seems like a lot of calories.

    I weigh 100 pounds less than you and lose weight at 1600-1900 gross calories. I'm 16 years older, female, and presumably shorter.
