Today, I officially have a BMI under 30. Just barely, but still. . . I'm no longer "obese" and I hate that word, so I'm quite happy about that!

    Congrats!!!! That has been my most recent milestone as well, felt awesome- as though being able to shed that label was better than any amount of pounds shed. Great job and be proud!

    Awesome job! I have a long way to get that goal, but I am finally only 4 lbs away from no longer being what I call deathly fat (morbidly obese)... I'll still be severely obese with a BMI of 39.9 but it's Progress! Great Job!
