    Hey in Alex from the usa. Im trying to lose 20lbs from a mass laziness and craft beer binge lol. Its funny you know that it comes on so quick, you dont know what real impact its having on you until you cant fit in those jeans. Ive lost 10lbs this month already, but still its like wow, so many other goals are needing to be set and fulfilled as well fitness wise. Luckily im getting stronger really quick, so will only be another 2 months to get a normal size.. Maybe 3. How are you, and where are you at in your journey?
