Howdy! I've got about 70lbs to go though i don't think I'd get there until next year. What are your stats as that is pretty aggressive.

I would suggest starting with a more realistic goal. 75 lbs. by June 1 is too fast. If that is all you need to lose to get to a healthy weight, then your rate of loss will slow as you get closer to goal. Even starting out, that rate of loss is too fast... much too fast as you reach your goal.

Here are some things you need to do:
-Put your details in MFP to calculate calorie intake, and select a reasonable rate of loss (no more than 2 lb. / week).
-Get a food scale and weigh / track all intake. Use the scale to measure everything except liquids.
    -Drink plenty of water.
-Log everything. (See above 2 lines.) Absolutely everything. For example, I take several supplements. Some of those supplements have some calories, so I log the pills I'm taking.
-Eat the calorie level calculated by MFP.
*As you lose weight, about every 10 lbs. is a good rule of thumb, go back into MFP and update your calorie calculator. As you lose weight, you will not need as many calories in normal daily living and the same calorie levels will cease to provide as much weight loss.

**Be patient. Weight loss is not linear and you will see fluctuations on the scale. Sometimes you will even see gains. Don't let that discourage you unless you see gains for a long period of time.

    Good luck!

Edited for clarification: Even if you see gains for a long period of time, don't get discouraged... just know that is an indication you may need to change something. No big deal... just try to figure out what that is you need to change (if you have not been good about weighing food, if you haven't updated your calories as you have lost, etc., etc., etc.) and then move forward. No need to make changes for one or two scale increases as fluctuations are to be expected.

Even if you lost 2 lbs a week that would only be 40 lbs. Trying for 75 is just setting yourself up for failure. Read the above post a second time and follow it. Good luck.

That's a really aggressive goal. What are your stats?

You won't do that halve your goal :)
