Newbie in NM

Hi all,

I am Cassandra, 29 years old. I have just joined the MFP community! I am looking to build good habits from consistent healthy eating to productive workouts.

I have made a conscience decision to put a halt to my bad eating and unhealthy lifestyle and make necessary changes. I dint want the next 30 years to be a weight loss battle. I want to live an active life, so this is where I find myself. Taking it one step at a time, one meal at a time, one pound at a time. Short term goal is 25lbs.

I am nervous as I don't want to fail or delete the app come two weeks later. I hope to keep eachother motivated!

    Congrats on your decision to better yourself! I was on a similar journey about 2 years ago and with help and encouragement from my MFP friends (along with others in my life) I was able to loose about 130lbs. That journey has ended only to start a new one which is to maintain my weight on the long term. Feel free to friend me and Ill be happy to assist in anyway I can.
