Prego and getting back on track.

Almost 30 weeks prego here! (Boy #2) Def need to get back on track, especially after these holidays. That's for sure!! Trying to keep my gain at a minimum. Really wish they had a pregnancy setting on here haha

    Congrats!!!!! Ask the doc how many extra calories you need for pregnancy and go from there. (example for breast feeding is 300-500 calories and everything else is the same)

    I'm not dieting soooo I don't know why I need a doctors approval. I track to make myself eat healthier. And I've gained ten pounds this pregnancy so far. My doc said I am doing just fine.

    Anyways thank you. I set to not lose any weight on here, to maintain. And that added a lot of extra calories actually

    My little is 3 months old tomorrow - I used MFP to keep track of my intake and kept my gain to 15lbs, which is appropriate for someone overweight. It's helpful! There is even a group on here - fit, fabulous, and pregnant. Good luck and congrats!

    Congrats! When I was pregnant last year I just set MFP to maintenance for the second and third trimesters and that ended up being perfect for what my midwife told me to gain. (Most of that gain was from the holidays and my birthday, lol) Good luck :)

    Yesss both my pregnancies I've been prego over the holidays. I'm like oh man that's double trouble haha. Only 10 more weeks. Will be here before I know it.
