I sit at a desk most of the day and constantly snack, any healthy and filling snack ideas?

If you are a snacker, then I suggest not eating a traditional lunch.
For example, in my diary my meals are set as follows: Breakfast, Mid-Day Snack 1, Mid-Day Snack 2, Dinner and Dessert. Mainly because I tend to "graze" during the day and I can better track by eliminating a traditional lunch meal.
Some typical snacks for me are: Protein Shake; some kind of combo of nuts, cheese stick, lunch meat slices or jerky, baby carrots, grapes, protein bar, Kind Bar, piece of bread with PB, etc.0 -
I keep almonds at my desk.
cheese, yogurt, almond milk in the office fridge. Popcorn is a good one. I also drink a good amount of coffee to keep my snacking at bay.0 -
I'm a desk muncher too. Morning snack is usually an apple and either cheese or pre-measured pb/almond butter. I have also done 80cal greek yogurts in the morning. Afternoon snack is usually 100cal popcorn, maybe some veggies and hummus, etc. I like popcorn and veggies because I can eat a lot and that satisfies my urge to omnomnom.0

Celery cut into one inch pieces0

Crispy chickpeas, dry-roasted soy beans, single serving cheese, filling fruit like an apple, . . . .0

They're kinda pricy but the itsu nori sheets are nice. (Available in the U.K.-unsure about other places) 22kcal/pack0

Berries
Cucumber slices
Light Mozz Cheese sticks with turkey pepperoni slices
Packets of Cup O' Noodle or Instant Miso soup that you just add hot water
Freeze-dried fruit, peaches are my favorite
For a chocolate fix, dark choc covered espresso beans (a few is very satisfying)1
