Hi all new to this! and am looking for friends to share recipe and work out ideas please! Wanting to lose weight but want to do it a healthy way - if anyone could assist that would be amazing. Have a holiday in September that is my main motivation. What's everyone else's?

Great! My main motivation is my health, the way I look, to feel comfortable and I have a gig to go to in June and my brother is getting married either this year or next0
