I exercise for the chocolate and craft beer

So I've been on MFP for ten years on and off and I have had some great success! Unfortunately, some personal issues got in the way in the last year or so leading to about 40 lbs of weight gain.
I am now back on track, having lost about 20 pounds after changing my diet to be more plant-based and increasing my exercise. I am running more and doing HIIT while still looking to continue my love of chocolate and craft beers. I am looking for friends to support me as I go through this journey and I would love to be there to support you too! Please add me if you would also like to have more friends!

Hi! I've had a similar story and have been on and off with MFP and weight. Currently at a 35 lb gain after being fit for several years. I too am a runner and a lover of chocolate and craft beer. I'll add you!0

I run for chocolate, beer, and cheeeeeese! I'll add you. I'm working on getting rid of 20 pounds that crept back on over the last two years.
