    Walking on the treadmill. I have to check-in to this gym twice a week if my company is going to keep paying for it. It's not my main gym but I like to have the free membership. I would swipe in and leave but it makes a really loud beep after you swipe and everyone in the gym always stares at the door. Gotta put in my 20 min. @ 1.0 speed for optics.
