I am now down to 100 pounds and am still carrying a lot of FATFATFAT on my thighs... Honestly, folks, my waist is only 24 inces & my upper thighs are 19!!! I really don't want to lose any more weight, so how do I get the thunder thighs to slim down????

Squat and lunges many different kinds and ways with your own body weight and no added weight. Do these as part of your workouts and you will see them shrink and get tight0

If your profile pic is really you, then you may need to reconsider your self-image, because you look great, and your legs don't look fat. At all. I think sometimes we're all our own worst critic, and if you really don't want to lose any more weight, then you need to learn to accept yourself how you are now.
You could also focus on toning your legs, if they feel flabby, but they probably won't get smaller.0 -
Thanks - but you may notice how skillfully the photo disguises the thighs.....0

You are at a point where yuo need to turn fat into muscle. By doing this, you will tighten your body up since muscle takes up less space than fat. Look into doing more weight training and/or some HIIT, especially with lower body. You may lose more weight doing this or you might gain but either way, your body will be tighter and smaller.0

I have this problem too. Even at my goal weight my thighs were fat but I felt my upper body was borderline too skinny. Sometimes we just can't be perfect and that's okay. Currently my waist is a 29.5 and my thighs a 23.5.0

You are carrying fat on such a low weight body because you have very little muscle mass.
To correct, you will need to eat closer to maintenance and lift heavy weights to build some muscle mass. Also, eat high protein diet as well.0 -
First of all - CONGRATS on your weight loss! That is amazing! I have the same problem with my thighs. I am between a size 4 and 6 and have horrible fat on my thighs. I actually read your post since I had the same issues. I'm going to take the advice given to do weights and squats...good luck to you!0

Thanks Everyone! These are all helpful suggestions! I think Sublog is right about the muscle mass. At 100 lbs when I was 18, I would have looked a lot different. My 54 yr old 100 lbs looks like my 107 lb 18 yr old self.... I am doing pretty heavy weights on my legs right now - for someone who weighs 100 lbs - everything is over 65% of my body weight. BUT - there is nowhere to go but UP! SO I will combine heavier weights with some no-weight squats & lunges & see what happens!0

Any chance you can open your food diary. Really at this point, it's all about changing yoru body composition which means, eating enough calories and a very clean diet.0
