New to MyFitness..

Hello, I'm new to MyFitness and looking for more friends so we can motivate each other and support each other. I'm trying to lose 50lbs but starting with losing 5lbs then work towards more. Starting slow. If your interested to share what works and what doesnt and motivate then add me.

    Hi Gemini76!

    I've been here since Oct and have lost 12 lbs. Shooting for a pound or so a week and so far so good. Trying to walk on my lunch break and yoga 2or3 times a week. This app is really easy to use...the data base is huge. Helping me stay on track. Entering in food before I eat it has really helped curb my snacking...or at least improve the quality....haha! Good luck!!
