holiday weight loss needed :)

im currently 10st 2.2 and want to get to as near to 8st as possible by my holiday in november, im sticking to around 1000cals a day and trying to burn 200cals a day thru excercise i doing sit ups walkin zumba. i always have a saturday off to eat wat i want :) and a nice roast on a sunday. what other excercise can any1 say would be good to tone and lose weight on inner thighs and tummy

    So you're eating 1000 and then burning 200 - netting 800 cals?

    That isn't healthy or the way you should be doing it on MFP. Put in your stats, set your weight loss for 1lb a week and eat healthy choices to the allotted cals, including what you burn exercising and the weight should come off at a healthy and steady rate.

    Zumba and walking are great exercise, and should help tone your legs - it's good to mix it up, try swimming etc, but just find something you enjoy and will stick to.
