I have had a hyster in 2007 and since then have trouble loosing weight. I work and by the time i get home i am exhausted and don't want to exercise. Any support or suggestions is greatly needed

    me too, same thing, same year, mine has been a blessing though!!!! I changed my exercise from evening to morning based on a book that I read - I'm NOT a morning person, but you would be surprised how much better the day goes (and your brain works) by exercising in the am - I do Yoga every morning, do something more strenuous if you're up for it!!!!!!!     hi saw this new app on my new phone and thought i would give it a try. I excercise a fair bit but my weight and inches didndecrease so im trying this to see if it makes a difference. I am trying to stay within my goals and i think it may be working.I hope to make new friends and to read other peoples stories and share mine

    Hi fitness pals. This site was introduced by a co-worker, so I thought I would give it a try. I do Zumba at least 3 times a week. Hopefully this will give me more motivation and to see what I may be doing wrong. So lets do this
