Hey there, for all you pro's out there my question is what exercise do you log for wall sits? I didn't see it in the database and its been a few years since the last time I was on here and I'm a tad rusty. Thanks in advance.

I think I'd add them as a strength workout. If not in the database, definitely make a new entry.1

Thanks for your responses. I suppose I will have to add them to the database. so odd that My Fitness Pal has so many exercises on here but not wall sits lol0

I never bother logging specific exercises like that. If I wanted to keep track for my records I'd put them in my blog or something. If logging as a workout I'd call it "strength training" or "circuit" or "calisthenics" depending on what kind of overall workout it was part of.1
