    I'm so glad you took those pictures - they are motivating! You are the amazing shrinking woman! You are doing fantastic!! This is all you, taking charge of your life and your destiny!! Way to go, and you are inspring more people than you realize. Think of every person at work, who is seeing the difference, and is asking about how you are doing it. If they join in, that's great - but, you are planting the seed. And that's the most important part.

    So happy to have you as a friend. You look great!!

    I love it when I see people's progress pics and they wear the same outfit. You can totally tell what a huge difference you have made. It amazes me when I see people's clothes look like they are melting!
