    Quick easy meals would be avocado, bag of lettuce and balsamic vinegrette and a fruit. If you are on the go, look for steamable potatoes/rice with steameable veggies and add herbs/ seasoning with a fruit. A can of sardine with steamable veggies with a fruit. Microwave one of those canned beans/chickpeas and eat it with a Salad or bread with a fruit. For more intensive work you could invest in a steamer and prep your food for the week. Steam veggies with a side of potatoes/ rice/ beans etc and sauteed chicken breast with only salt/ pepper and your choice of herbs. That works for me.
