Hello Everyone! I have encountered some health problems and was advised by my Dr. to start a LCHF Diet..so, Ive been on a 30g Carb Diet, stopped sugar, noodles, cereals, pops, treats, tubers, and some fruits, I also drink only water and 2 cups coffee daily w/low carb. creamer. Since Dec. lost 8lbs of water weight, and 4lbs so far this month. Learning a lot about being in Keto, Macros, and how many carbs and fats were in the foods I was eating, as well as how small serving sizes for these nutrients really were, along with eating all the wrong so-called healthy foods...who knew? So, I have a lot to reverse, but I'm off to a good start and keeping positive for this healthy lifestyle change.

Congratulations to you on making such a huge change. Cutting back on carbs can be quite the challenge for some (myself, for example :P). It sounds like you are learning a lot as well which is awesome! Good luck and keep up the good work!1
