What the fat??

I am a notorious yo yo dieter with a weight range between 74 to 115kg!! I have recently started Low Carb Healthy Fat-Keto eating. This is the first time in my life I have not felt hungry all day...even though I now struggle to eat at lunch time. I am also finding I have energy to exercise which is a first. This diet goes against everything I have ever been taught about food but seems to be working. I am keen to chat with others doing a similar programme. Rach NZ
