Evening snacks!

Looking for ideas for snacks after dinner...we always have calories left and don't want to always snack on the same things!

Post dinner time is always my downfall. I just ate an apple with peanut butter and it definitely hit the spot.3

I do string cheese or a measured hunk of sharp cheddar!
Sometimes i have almond butter or peanut butter off the spoon!
Mini yogurts are great too! Cottage cheese!1 -
This is where my down fall is! We eat dinner as a family around 5-5:30 but my husband and I stay up extra late so I am always starving in the evening. I have been trying to save enough calories to eat a snack around 8 or 9. The last few nights it has been Triscuits and peanut butter or a hard boiled egg and toast, something on those lines, oh and last night I had a few handfuls or Cheez its.3

Common evening snacks around here are an apple with PB, a Wasa cracker with cheese and PB, a roll-up of cheese and turkey, or a single-serving pack of guac or hummus with veggies.1

You could also eat dinner later. I get up at 4:45 am but dinner is 7:30. I would have trouble having dinner at 5:00 as well.0 -

I just had rice and sesame crackers with Toby's light tofu spread very yummy and about 150 calories1

Cookie with cup of tea
Hummus with veggies
Fruit, often mango or grapes1 -

I ident have my protein pudding it's sooo good and over50g of protein!1
