Hello everyone! This is a great site. How do I change my fitness amount. I clicked on 30 mins/day but I work out for 50 mins/day. How do I change it. Help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the site! MFP is awesome! Under "Settings" you can modify your goals and fitness info. Click "Settings" Then Click "Update diet/fitness plan" (or something along those lines).0

i'm new here too i think you just go to settings then edit fitness x0
