Company dinner: thoughts on what I had?

Tonight my company had a celebration dinner which included a TON of good food, all family style. Here is a bit of what I had (idk the calories in any of this which bugs me out)
Mainly had proteins and fats... limited my carbs. All of this was in addition to everything else I had today. Guessing I had 3,000 or so calories TOTAL for today. Feeling incredibly guilty, but still within my weekly calories. Thinking of eating lighter tomorrow.
Thoughts on what I had? The whole "not knowing the exact calories" thing bothers me, but I'll live...
- Mint mojito
- Peel and eat shrimp x 6 (I think it had some butter on it... couldn't tell ugh)
- celery stick, radishes, carrot sticks
- Brick chicken (guessing around 200 grams or so... so approx 350 calories?
- a bit of prime ribeye steak with blue cheese crumbles
- grilled trout (idk how much really)

I wouldn't worry about it. It sounds like this was a special event. Do a little extra exercise this week.0

I'd be worried about the food guilt.3

Sounds tasty.
As a grown man, 3000 or so calories, despite it probably being over your TDEE, for one day is nothing to worry about.
Life happens, social occasions happen, going over your calories happens. All of this is manageable and will even out in the long run.1 -
sounds good.
one day.
dont worry about it.0 -
I'm worried about you being worried.
Part of maintenance is embracing that these times happen at seeing that it doesn't affect things. Don't "try to make up for it". If the scale goes up, you can adjust then. That's how a person with a healthy relationship with food and a good attitude towards maintenance would deal with the issue.
Worrying about what will happen isn't indicating that you have a healthy relationship with food and a good attitude towards maintenance.5 -

Josh, all that food sounds sooooo delicious! We're going to a company party tonight with "heavy appetizers" (as described in our company invitation), and I can't wait to see and taste! I am saving up calories for this!0 -
