Hello everybody! I'm Sara and have started this weightloss journey 2 weeks ago. I'm currently weighing 178 and want to drop 40lbs. So i'm hoping to have some friends for motivation and support! Good luck with everyones journeys!!

Hey! Most importantly remember that time and patience are your friends you are going to reach your goal if you keep the perseverance. Good Luck and keep it up, I have always said that the road to your desired body is 20% excercise and 80% diet.0
