Hello! Looking for motivation and support!

Hello everybody! I'm Sara and have started this weightloss journey 2 weeks ago. I'm currently weighing 178 and want to drop 40lbs. So i'm hoping to have some friends for motivation and support! Good luck with everyones journeys!!

    Stay determined & positive and remember even a 10 minutes run each morning can be a big help x

    Hey! Most importantly remember that time and patience are your friends you are going to reach your goal if you keep the perseverance. Good Luck and keep it up, I have always said that the road to your desired body is 20% excercise and 80% diet.
