Great Breakfast

Started my day with some cardio, last got breakfast, one slice of organic multi grain bread with avocado, tomato a bit of salt and pepper. Feeling great!

    Mmm avocado toast is so yummy! A recent favourite breakfast of mine has been a kind of potato-less veggie hash of sauteed kale, mushrooms, red pepper and onion topped with some scrambled eggs. So good! I prefer it this way rather than in an omlette because I can have a higher veggie to egg ratio. :yum:
