Which Split is better?

Hello there, I'm having trouble deciding which is better for building muscle.

Split 1:
Mon - REST
Tue - Back Biceps
Wed - Chest Shoulders Triceps
Thu - REST
Fri - Legs
Sat - Back Biceps
Sun - Chest Shoulders Triceps

or

Split 2:
Mon - REST
Tue - Back Bis
Wed - Chest Tris
Thu - REST
Fri - Legs
Sat - Shoulders & Arms
Sun - REST

I would appreciate some help and info, thank you!
