Fitbit connection with my fitness pal

I got a new fitbit device and new phone. My fitbit is communicating with my phone but not with my fitness pal. Any suggestions?

    Yes, you need to go here: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30

    You'll be able to connect your Fitbit account to your MyFitnessPal account on that page.

    I have the same issue. Both programme were syncing with no problem until about a month ago (and has been syncing fine for the past couple of years) and now nothing. I have checked the settings in both and can't figure it out. Mind you my home page on Myfitnesspal won't load any more in the computer either, but it works fine on the app on my phone.
