Tips for resisting temptation? ?

Reduce your exposure to them if possible. For example, if ice cream is a problem, don't keep it in the house. If you want some and it fits your calorie budget, go out and get a single cone or sundae.1

For ME, it was allowing myself to have that item. Giving myself freedom to eat what I want as long as the calories are there. Want ice cream, sure. Weigh out a portion and fit it into the calories for the day. I knew the food would be there the next day and if I wanted another protion the next day, I just had to fit it in my calories.1

This is what I do too. I don't deprive myself of anything. If I have a craving, I make it work in my calories for the day.
Also... a lot of recipes can be made healthier and lower cal. If you crave certain dishes, maybe look at how to MAKE them better for you!!1 -
There are a few things i just can't resist so I don't keep them out of the house & a few that are hard but doable, those I weigh & eat a little of.0

I keep very little temptation food in the house. I have a couple things like ice cream and single pack cookies but that's about it. I refuse to have a cake in the house because that's dangerous for me ( I will keep eating it). If I want that I'll buy a single slice.1
