Desire to lose weight and become more active

Hello Everyone,
I am a 51 yr. old female and I am in need of losing 139lbs., but my goal currently is to load 50lbs. I have decreased my calorie intake and striving for 11,000 steps a day.

    You can do it and MFP is a great place to do it! If you follow MFP's plan for your calorie intake, you can't go wrong. It also makes you want to exercise because if you do, you get some more to eat :smile: . Good Luck!
