4 kids and 100 lbs to lose

Hello,
I'm 31 and a stay at home mom of 4 great kids. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 12 years. I have a 100 lbs to lose and I'm overwhelmed by that number but its time to get my butt in gear. I would like to add some friends to help along this journey. I'm new to this so I'm not sure how to add anyone to my friends list. Add me if you would like :)

    Hi, I have lost 36lbs and have another 50 to 70 to lose. I agree the thought of having to 100 obese is daunting. I have set mini targets of 14lbs at a time as this was just over a 5% loss for me when I first started. You could set yourself mini goals of 10lbs at a time. Friends request sent
