Hey y'all. I'm from South Carolina and am facing a 150 lb weight loss without surgery. About 5 years ago I joined the gym. I was faithful at going at least 4 days a week and did weights and cardio. In a 2 year period I only lost about 20 lbs. Due to the cost and becoming disappointed and also arthritis pain I quit. I have recently re joined a gym and am doing the calorie counting. I don't know how to add friends yet but I will figure it out. I would love to talk with others on this same path.

Hi, I need to loose 170. I would be glad to be your support buddy. Hit me up. I found that doing water arobics is very helpful for those with joint pain.0

Yes, I did water aerobics at my old gym but my new one does not have a pool.0

You can do this but you need to be patient with it, it won't disappear in few weeks, stick with it day in day out, use every calorie on healthy food choices that you enjoy that way you won't feel you are on a diet. It has to be a healthy lifestyle change because the weight won't stay off if you go back to unhealthy eating. Good luck with your journey you can and will do this.0
