Did some meal prepping today. No red meat this week! What's a "MAN" to do?

    Drive to the grocery store and buy red meat. Mmmm steak.

    To be honest I was getting my popcorn ready. Totally thought this would be a "read meat is the devil" post lol. A little disappointed.

    Ugh you have strength! Sometimes I just stick to chicken but have a hard time getting fats in.. so I eat steak every day lol
