Foods with anti-inflammatory properties

Hi all. I've had a back injury for the last 26 months and had surgery on four of the nerves in my spine yesteray and am having another 4 nerves operated on in 13 days time. I have, when the pain has gotten really bad, used prescription or over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications but in the last few months these have begun to cause me stomach issues namely burning, reflux and vomitting. So..... I'm trying to go the more natural route and rely on pharmaceuticals less so what foods have good anti-inflammatory properties?

I eat goji berries and we often cook with garlic and/or onions. Have requested that my BF pick up some smoked salmon for me to have for lunch on toast with light philadelphia. Yummy!!!
