                    I have always had low blood pressure, still within healthy range but rather low.  My employer does health screenings and the last 5 years have NOT been good.   I went to the doctor on Monday and it was low again!!!  Even though i really haven't lost much weight, the exercise is working!!!  :bigsmile:

I know exactly what you are feeling. I have struggled with high blood pressure to the point of my physician wanting to put me on medication. Since my lifestyle change and dropping the weight I have my blood pressure is now in the normal range. Let's hear it for a healthy heart

            That is wonderful!
Normally, I don't have issues w/ my blood pressure...until I'm pregnant. My first 2 pregnancies ended in preeclampsia and w/ my third I had pregnancy induced hypertension from from 25 wks till delivery (spent that time on Rx and strict bedrest).
We would like to have a 4th baby...which is part of the reason I want to get some weight off and get in better condition physically. I'm crossing my fingers to not have those problems the 4th time around.

            I had blood pressure problem too with my baby. HBP runs on both sides of my family. Last time I got it taken, it was good. Trying to keep up with the exercise. It is so important be healthy for our loved ones.0
