I was looking to track my calorie intake while pregnant because I am currently over weight for my height I'm 5 foot 10 and while I don't see myself as looking "obese" I am on the heavier side. I'm over the 30 BMI range for my height and am looking to gain no more then 11 to 20 pounds throughout this pregnancy. As recommended. While I was pursuing losing 60 pounds to get back to where I belong I know pregnancy isn't anytime to be cutting it short. I was wondering if there's a setting I'm missing somwhere or somthing. I just want to make sure I'm getting the appropriate calories while not over doing it because I definetly don't need a unhealthy pregnancy. But still wouldn't mind if I lost a few pounds when it is all said and over.

You're not suppose to lose weight while pregnant or get in a diet. The best you can do is not eat crap, we all know what that is. Maybe you should talk to your OB about healthy options.

Take 1200-1300 and add 300 cals.

    Um yeah, don't do this.

At 5'10 and I'm thinking about 210 lbs (based on BMI) Your TDEE is far above 1200-1300 or even 1500-1600. You could end up creating a huge deficit. Speak to your OB about what your intake should be.
