We love baked oatmeal for breakfast but I'm wondering if someone has a recipe that's higher protein? Thanks!

I do 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop chocolate whey protein, and 1/2 c. Milk. Microwave for about a minute and a half.

It's around 35g protein and super filling! I usually add a tbsp of peanut or almond butter after cooking for more flavor. Soo good!

Never thought to add chocolate protein powder to my regular oatmeal. I'll have to try it.

Look for custard oatmeal recipes. They add milk or cream and eggs, so the protein is higher.

Ad some PB2 peanut butter powder, too, and/or top with Greek yogurt.

I've made this many times and it's delish:

    Baked Banana Proats

    2 medium banana (126g), Banana
    • 1 cup, Whole Milk
    • 3 large (about 33g), Egg Whites, Large Egg
    • 1 large, Egg, whole, raw, fresh
    • 1.50 scoop (46 grams), Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
    • 1 cup(s), Old Fashioned Oats
    • 1 tsp, Clabber Girl
    • 1 tbsp(s), Pure Vanilla Extract

Bake at 350 for like 30 minutes in an 8x8 sprayed pan. I like to top it with some PB or SF jelly. SO good.
