    Tennis.
    Dodgeball's a giggle.
Indoor climbing is a bit intense on the fingers but my mind wants to continue after my body's quit for the day.

Everything that makes me wanna scream and leaves me feeling like I'm about to die but I love intense workouts. The more intense, the more I love them.
Currently, handstand push ups, burpees and pull ups (strict, butterfly and kipping) are my favourite but my least favourite would be the bloody bike!

The long walk to the fridge to get me some pudding.

    That isn't even a joke ;-)

Haha just keep moving the fridge further away to improve your fitness , think I should do the same ! :)

For the last few days it's been shoveling snow as we've gathered about 30" in three days. Usually it's hockey, running, and mountain biking. I'm in a gym-averse phase now.

My most effective exercise is swimming. I burn serious calories swimming. My favorite ways to melt lard are playing tennis, table tennis, and basketball because they do not feel like exercise. They are just games I am obsessed with.

some days yes, some days no... but like most guys, i will overestimate my ability at the snatch, only to under perform and leaving you wonder if i had ever done one before
