2017 Goal to lose 50lbs!

I am a mom turning 45 this year and have a goal to lose 50lbs. After being off and on Weight Watchers for years, I am giving My Fitness Pal a try. Any encouragement is welcome. I would like to lose a good portion by June 2017.

depending on your starting weight and height, a pound a week may be too aggressive.
it took me 2 years to lose 80.0 -
ditto - am 30, looking to lose around 50/60 (see what I look/feel like after 50 lost) and yeah would like to lose a chunk by June.
loving my fitness pal so far - the logging really helps assuage guilt and stop binges. accountability and all that in recorded form.1 -
You can do it. You just need to really want to do it. It takes a fair bit of effort to get rid of it and you really do need to log everythingthat you eat & drink. I started by having a week of just logging my food and when I actually saw the amount of calories I was consuming it shocked me but that made me even more determined to get on with it and lose weight0
