I love rice, quinoa, and pasta but never eat them because they don't fill me up and they just make me hungrier0 -

For me it's real mayo. Helmans olive oil mayonnaise. 100 calories for 1 tbsp. Second would be gluten free macaroni. I have celiac disease so regular pasta isn't an option but I was making tuna noodle casserole and it was seriously about 20 macaroni noodles for 310 calories. Ended up making it out of spaghetti squash.
Yep, mayo and condiments are a big one for me since I like to drown my food in them0 -
