I've yo-yoed plenty of times, even briefly used this app before but never really dove into it. This time I have and I feel it will help me stay with this long term and stop just hovering around the 200lb mark! Looking for friends for support and advice

I'm in the same place as you. I've majorly yoyo-ed and mostly my weight has gone up up up. Now I'm hovering around 200 and I'm struggling to get down to a healthy weight again. I'm wrapping up my first week tracking consistently in MFP. Feel free to send me a friend request!1
